HOME DEPOT, Various Locations CA ($25 million)

Six retail stores and two site-work projects detailed as follows: Home Depot Retail Stores - Santa Clarita, Alhambra, Commerce, Chino, Riverside and Pomona. 105,000 to 130,000 square foot tilt-up retail stores including garden centers and houseplant enclosures, extensive onsite and offsite development.

Home Depot Site-Work Projects:

• Huntington Beach - Athletic field improvements at Ocean View High School, including new football and soccer field, additional basketball courts, softball/soccer field and relocation of second baseball diamond and soccer field.
• Laguna Hills - Rough grade of 18 acres including 800,000 cubic yards cut and 400,000 cubic yards fill, construction of acceleration and breaking lanes and offsite utilities.

MONTEBELLO TOWN SQUARE, Montebello CA ($8.6 million)

105,000 square foot Sears building, 20,000 square foot electronics store, 20,000 square feet of retail shop buildings, concrete tilt-up construction, 25 acres of site improvements.

ROSECRANS TOWNE CENTRE, Norwalk/Santa Fe Springs, CA ($5.4 million)

• Santa Fe Springs Site: Interior and exterior remodel of two existing multi-tenant buildings totaling 32,607 square feet, reconstruction of existing parking lot, site electrical and underground utilities.
• Norwalk Site: Demolition of 10 existing structures, site improvements and construction of two wood-framed/multi-tenant retail buildings totaling 17,054 square feet plus one masonry industrial building totaling 11,315 square feet.

MURRIETA TOWN CENTER NORTH, Murrieta CA ($5 million)

30,000 square foot Ross Dress for Less retail store, 87,000 square feet of shops, masonry/wood framed construction, 12 acres on/offsite improvements.

CORONA HILLS MARKETPLACE / WAL-MART, Corona CA ($4.8 million)

120,000 square foot masonry Wal-Mart retail store including a full auto service center, 28 acres of site improvements including all underground utilities, site paving, hard and soft landscape.

CANYON CROSSING, Riverside, CA ($1.8 million)

Jason's Deli and Mattress Discounters: 13,100 total square feet, two single story retail buildings, wood frame, and exterior plaster.

VONS PAVILIONS (Store 227), Newport Beach CA ($1.7 million)

38,000 square foot market remodel including complete interior grocery store improvements with major structural and seismic modifications, plus a 2,500 square foot wood frame addition, loading dock modifications and additions, and associated site-work.
