60,000 square foot two-story wood/structural steel framed building with underground parking.
LA CANADA PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH ($6.5 million)
Demolition of four existing buildings and partial demolition of existing sanctuary, 8,900 square foot addition to the existing sanctuary, including new copper roof and serpentine storefront system, new 14,182 square foot, three-story youth center building including walk-in basement.
ANNUNCIATION BYZANTINE CATHOLIC CHURCH, Anaheim, CA
($4.1 million) PHASE I 10,300 square foot two-story social hall, bell tower and site-work; and PHASE II 8,700 square foot, wood framed new sanctuary building chapel.
