Paul Gentosi, President:
Paul has been involved in the construction industry since the age of 16 when he began working in his father's general contracting company. During those early years, Paul helped his father, Attilio "Te" Gentosi, at the many jobsites digging ditches, hauling trash, sweeping floors and doing whatever task was required. Paul attended Cal State Long Beach where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. During his nearly 40-year career, he worked in such capacities as carpenter, foreman, superintendent, project manager, estimator and vice president/construction before becoming president in 1986. Because of his vast and wide-ranging experience, Paul understands all aspects of the construction industry and is a tremendous asset to our employees, clients, architects and a wide range of real estate professionals.

Charles ("Charlie") Young, Director of Construction:
Charlie has nearly 35 years of construction experience. He is responsible for all construction operations and oversees the Company's project managers and superintendents. He is well versed in commercial, industrial, retail, worship facilities and multi-family housing type projects. Since joining the firm in 1996, Charlie has served as superintendent, project manager and senior project manager. In his current capacity, his responsibilities include directing project support teams, negotiating and writing subcontracts, controlling job costs, scheduling, monitoring field operations and overseeing pricing and contract changes.

Anne Amelung, Chief Financial Officer:
Anne brings nearly 25 years of accounting-related experience to Gentosi Builders. Since joining the Company in 1997, she has been responsible for the management of financial planning and recordkeeping. She oversees all accounting practices and procedures, preparing budgets, financial reports and tax and audit functions. Anne is also responsible for managing all aspects of Human Resources.

Marie Gentosi, Director of Business Development:
Marie develops and maintains Gentosi's business relationships throughout Southern California, along with identifying up-and-coming markets. With more than 25 years of construction-related experience, she has a broad range of knowledge on the contractor side as well as the developer side. Marie has established long-term relationships with many local and national developers, owners, facility managers, architects, designers and a wide range of consultants.
